Job summary

Dal-Tile, a subsidiary of Mohawk Industries, seeks a Sorter for the C SHIFT (DAYS) to inspect and sort finished tile. The role involves ensuring tile shade consistency, identifying defects, and keeping the work area safe and organized.

You will monitor processes and report issues to supervision, following SOPs and contributing to a productive work environment. Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent and prior manufacturing/production experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous manufacturing/production experience.

Responsibilities

• Inspects tile for shade and visual defects.
• Discards defective tile into trash hoppers.
• Monitors equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor.
• Follows standard operating procedures.
• Keeps area safe, clean and organized.
• Performs other related duties as required.
