Job summary

The Tile Shop is seeking a customer-focused sales associate to welcome guests and build lasting relationships in our Watertown store. You will educate customers on tile products, assist with installations, and drive sales through professionalism and product knowledge.

You will operate in a fast-paced, commission-based environment, with opportunities to learn, grow, and earn through a draw-plus-commission structure.

• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
