Job summary

The Tile Shop in Watertown, MA is seeking part-time sales associates to work in our showroom with interior designers, homeowners, and trade professionals. You will build relationships by exceeding customer expectations and provide product recommendations to meet space, style, and budget requirements.

You will educate customers on installation and use of products, track personal sales goals, and keep customers informed about store orders.

Responsibilities

• Work in our Showroom with Interior Designers, Home Owners, and Trade Professionals.
• Provide recommendations to meet space, style, and cost requirements.
• Build lasting relationships by exceeding customer expectations.
• Understand installation and use of all products to educate customers.
• Understand and track established individual sales goals.
• Track store orders and provide customers with product updates.
• Present yourself in a professional manner at all times.
• Meet sales expectation goals personally and contribute to team goals.
• Other duties as assigned
