Job summary

Volt is immediately hiring Production/Machine Operators in Henderson, CO. The role involves operating strapping machines to secure pallets of tile, performing quality checks, and packaging tile as a Kiln Exit Operator.

This is a full-time/ temp to hire opportunity with a Monday-Friday schedule from 5:00am to 2:30pm and overtime on Saturdays as needed. Benefits include health, dental, vision, and other standard offerings.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of manufacturing experience (tile or color production preferred)
• Forklift experience preferred (6+ months)
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division)
• Strong multitasking skills and attention to detail
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to perform repetitive movements and remain active throughout the shift

Responsibilities

• Operate strapping machines to secure pallets of tile
• Perform quality checks and package tile as a Kiln Exit Operator
• Clean equipment and work areas daily to maintain safe operations
