Job summary

Responsibilities

• Comply with Westlake Safety Policies and Procedures.
• Regular attendance, timeliness and scheduling flexibility.
• Water Treatment: treat process water by adding flocculent to disperse solids; check pH before discharging; log discharges with supervisor approval.
• Sorter: inspect tile on the dry side and maintain sealer area including cleaning the sealer booth.
• Strapping Machine: operate strapping machine to secure pallets of tile.
• Kiln Exit Operator: perform quality checks of tile and packaging.
• Clean equipment and work areas daily; notify supervisor of problems.
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor.
