The ideal candidate will manage scheduling, training, and performance while ensuring safety, loss prevention, and superior customer service across all daily tasks.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of retail management experience in a high volume location.
• Ability to lead operations and drive store performance.
• Proven ability to recruit, hire, train, and develop associates.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently with good judgment and urgency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Mentor and supervise staff; schedule during peak periods.
• Ensure merchandising standards and store presentation are maintained.
• Oversee loss prevention and safety procedures.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Interface with corporate HQ to align brand and operating standards.
• Open or close the store as required.
• Analyze reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA) to improve performance.
