Floor & Decor in Mount Pleasant, SC is seeking a Store Manager to drive sales, lead a high-performing team, and ensure a premier shopping experience. You will oversee merchandising, pricing, scheduling, and loss prevention, while partnering with corporate for KPI analysis and strategic planning.

The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and the ability to operate in a high-volume setting.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience and proven ability direct operations.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment with urgency.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Engage customers and ensure quality customer service by store associates.
• Merchandise strategically following company guidelines and brand standards.
• Maintain store presentation, safety, and loss prevention measures.
• Schedule coverage during peak periods and supervise/store associates' workload.
• Interface with corporate HQ and analyze business reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA).
• Open/close the store as needed and manage HR-related issues at store level.
