Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking a Store Manager in Levittown, PA to drive sales, mentor staff and uphold company standards. You will oversee customer service, merchandising, scheduling and store operations, ensuring a safe, friendly and efficient shopping experience.

You will partner with leadership to meet budgets and develop associates. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong communication, and the ability to analyze reports and manage inventories in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to lead a high-volume, complex store environment.
• Strong recruiting, hiring and training capabilities.
