Job summary

Floor & Decor Holdings Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience at our Bucks County location.

You will coach store associates, oversee merchandising standards, and ensure safety and loss-prevention practices while maintaining brand integrity. The role requires 3–5 years of retail management experience in a high-volume setting, with strong leadership, recruiting, and training capabilities.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-starter mindset.
• Proven proficiency in recruiting, hiring, and training associates.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and exceptional shopping experiences.
• Engage customers and ensure quality customer service across store staff.
• Merchandise strategically using company guidelines for presentation and stock.
• Maintain store presentation standards and safety protocols.
• Support loss prevention, risk management, and brand integrity.
• Aid Chief Executive Merchant in leading a friendly, knowledgeable shopping environment.
• Be available to open/close the store as needed.
• Conduct weekly competitive shops and report pricing/inventory issues.
