Floor & Decor in Leesburg, VA is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily operations and deliver exceptional customer service. You will supervise staff, manage schedules during peak periods, and ensure merchandising and pricing align with brand standards.

The role requires a proactive leader who can drive sales while maintaining loss prevention and safety protocols. You will collaborate with senior leadership to train and develop associates, monitor performance, and implement process improvements

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to exercise independent discretion and judgment in managing a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated ability to increase the company’s overall market share.
• Must possess excellent customer service skills and work well under pressure.

Responsabilités

• Drive and model the company’s customer service standards to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Supervise and develop store associates; schedule coverage during peak traffic periods.
• Monitor merchandising, pricing, inventory, and store presentation to meet brand guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with scheduling, hiring, payroll and business planning processes.
• Lead store operations, loss prevention, safety, and security procedures.
• Coordinate with leadership to train, develop, and retain staff.
