Job summary

Industrial Color is seeking a hands-on, TikTok-native strategist to support a global beauty client across global and U.S. teams. The role focuses on translating knowledge of content, creators, affiliates and social commerce into strong brand relevance and commercial performance.

The ideal candidate has beauty experience and can work onsite in El Segundo three days per week. The role covers TikTok content strategy, creator/affiliate activation, product packaging insights, and cross-functional

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in TikTok content strategy, creators, affiliates and social commerce.
• Strong experience with TikTok content, creators, affiliates and social commerce.
• Beauty experience is strongly preferred, especially in color cosmetics or skincare.
• Experience in indie, challenger, fast-growth or digitally native brands is highly preferred.
• Ability to connect cultural and platform insights with creative and commercial opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Transform traditional brand content into TikTok-native work.
• Develop content approaches with hooks, faster pacing, disruptive visuals and platform-native storytelling.
• Identify emerging formats and creative opportunities for TikTok.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing and content teams to execute TikTok-native concepts.
