Job summary

Bloom Nutrition, Austin HQ, seeks a highly motivated TikTok Shop Intern to join our fast-growing wellness brand. This paid internship offers hands-on experience in livestream selling, creator marketing, and online communities.

Work is onsite Monday-Thursday, 15–29 hours weekly, with opportunities to continue. You'll engage creators, monitor chats, assist with onboarding and campaigns, and help track performance in a dynamic social commerce environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing and online communities.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proactive, personable and comfortable communicating with creators daily.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop or affiliate marketing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Help manage and engage with our creator communities across Discord and Lark.
• Build relationships with creators, affiliates and LIVE streamers.
• Monitor community chats and answer creator questions promptly.
• Support creator onboarding, outreach and follow-up communication.
• Help identify and source untapped TikTok Shop creators for outreach.
• Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong TikTok Shop potential.
• Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways and activations.
• Track creator participation and campaign performance.
• Monitor TikTok trends, viral products and emerging creators.
• Support product launches and special campaigns.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and organized intern to join our TikTok Shop team! This is a full-time internship opportunity for Summer/Fall with potential to continue ongoing. Perfect for someone who lives on TikTok Shop, enjoys online communities, and wants hands-on experience in the fast-growing world of social commerce and livestream selling.

What You'll Do

• Help manage and engage with our creator communities across Discord and Lark
• Build strong relationships with creators, affiliates, and LIVE streamers
• Monitor community chats and help answer creator questions in a timely manner
• Support creator onboarding, outreach, and follow-up communication
• Help identify and source new untapped TikTok Shop creators for affiliate outreach
• Research emerging LIVE creators and affiliates with strong TikTok Shop potential
• Assist with LIVE campaign coordination, giveaways, and creator activations
• Help track creator participation and campaign performance
• Monitor TikTok trends, viral products, and emerging creators
• Support product launches and special campaign initiatives

We're Looking For

• Passion for TikTok, social media, creator marketing, and online communities
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone who is proactive, personable, and comfortable chatting with creators daily
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with Discord, Lark, TikTok Shop, or affiliate marketing is a huge plus
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for tracking creator performance, outreach, and campaign organization
• Able to manage multiple priorities and maintain clear communication across creator communities and internal teams

Bonus Points

• If You Have experience moderating or managing online communities
• Have experience creating TikTok content
• Understand TikTok trends, LIVE selling, or e-commerce
• Are highly active on social media platforms yourself
• Spanish-speaking is a major plus
