Job summary

Bloom Nutrition is seeking a highly motivated, in‑office Influencer Marketing Intern in Austin for 3 months, part‑time (14–21 hours/week). The internship starts the second week of September and requires onsite presence at our Austin HQ, Monday through Thursday.

You will scout influencers, maintain relationships, help with special projects, build gifting lists, and assist with campaigns and weekly reports. Ideal candidates are undergraduates (juniors/seniors) with a passion for TikTok/Instagram,

Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and proactive part‑time Influencer Marketing Intern to join our growing in‑office Austin‑based team. This paid internship starts the second week of September, lasts 3 months, and requires 14–21 hours per week onsite at our Austin HQ, Monday through Thursday.

Location: Austin, TX (onsite)

Duration: 3 months starting the second week of September, 14–21 hours per week.

This position requires strong organization skills, initiative, excellent communication, and analytical skills, along with a solid knowledge of the social media landscape.

Responsibilities

• Scout new influencers for Bloom product campaigns alongside the Influencer Team
• Assist the Influencer Team in maintaining relationships with influencers
• Help the team with emerging special projects
• Build influencer lists for gifting
• Package and create PR boxes for influencers
• Facilitate execution of planned influencer marketing campaigns
• Organize and assimilate influencer insights and data
• Analyze insights and data to refine future influencer campaigns
• Assist Influencer Marketing Coordinators and the rest of the team in weekly reports
• Must commute to the Austin office 2–3 times a week

Ideal Attributes

• Education: Undergraduate students, juniors, and seniors in college
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, scouting and outreach, preferably on TikTok and Instagram
• Strong organization, initiative, excellent communication, and analytical skills
• Natural interest in social media trends and platforms
