Job summary

Sprints is seeking a TikTok Shop Marketing Associate to own our TikTok Shop end-to-end. You will run the shop, energize our affiliate creator community, create daily content, and manage LIVE shopping with our hosts.

You will build on our TikTok strategy, read performance data, and test what works next. You’ll recruit creators, launch campaigns, and optimize listings while maintaining a fast, organized workflow.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in ecommerce or on Amazon, ideally at a growth-stage consumer or apparel brand.
• TikTok Shop experience strongly preferred and familiarity with Seller Center features like campaigns and promotions.
• Experience recruiting and managing affiliate creators and building brand partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own the TikTok Shop end-to-end: manage campaigns, promotions and shop health.
• Lead assortment planning: launch new products, optimize listings and keep the catalog sharp.
• Recruit and manage affiliate creators; turn top creators into long-term partners.
• Create daily short-form video content and lead LIVE shopping efforts with hosts.
• Track GMV, conversion and content performance; iterate strategy based on data.
• Coordinate LIVE program tasks: recruiting, training and scheduling hosts; test and scale live formats.

The Role

As our TikTok Shop Marketing Associate, you'll own Sprints on TikTok from end to end. You'll run our shop, grow and energize our affiliate creator community, create our own content every day, and run our LIVE shopping. You'll build on our TikTok strategy, reading the data closely to see what's working and what to try next. You'll also lead the people who make it happen, from our creators to our LIVE hosts.

What You'll Own

• Shop Management: Running campaigns and promotions, and keeping our shop's performance and account health strong
• Assortment Planning: Launching new products on the shop, improving current listings, and keeping our assortment sharp
• Affiliate Recruitment: Finding and recruiting creators who are a great fit for Sprints, and building partnerships with proven sellers
• Affiliate Growth: Keeping our creator community motivated and engaged, and turning our best creators into long-term partners who love the brand
• Organic Content: Filming, editing and posting shoppable videos every day, turning our brand assets into a Sprints world on TikTok, and jumping on camera yourself when it makes sense
• LIVE Shopping: Running our LIVE program, including recruiting, training and scheduling hosts
• LIVE Strategy: Testing what works on LIVE, tracking performance, and building the plan for how LIVE grows with Sprints

What We're Looking For

• Experience: 1 to 3 years in ecommerce or on Amazon, ideally at a growth-stage consumer or apparel brand. TikTok Shop experience is strongly preferred
• Seller Center: Experience with TikTok Shop Seller Center, including campaigns, promotions and account health, is a big plus
• Creator Partnerships: Experience recruiting and managing affiliate creators, and a feel for what makes creators want to work with a brand. Experience with Euka or similar tools is a plus
• Content: Able to shoot and edit short-form video quickly, with a strong sense of what makes people stop scrolling and buy
• LIVE: Experience running or hosting TikTok LIVE shopping, including recruiting and coaching hosts, is a plus
• Analytics: Comfortable tracking GMV, conversion and content performance, and changing course based on what you see
• Organization: Able to ship a high volume of content every day while keeping quality and details on track
• Industry: Real interest in the sports, running or active lifestyle space
