Flywheel is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to support TikTok Shop sellers from our New York office. You will optimize catalogs, pricing, content, and campaigns, while partnering with creators, affiliates, and paid media teams to drive GMV and higher AOV.

Formación

• Experience in ecommerce management for retail and social platforms (TikTok).
• Ability to translate data into actionable client strategies.
• Strong content optimization and campaign management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Catalog, Item, and Product Strategy & Operations.
• Pricing and Promotions: manage pricing strategies and promotions.
• Product Optimization: advise on supply chain and optimize product content.
• Catalog Management: maintain catalog and ensure shop health.
• Creator Attribution Management: select and manage creators and affiliates.
• Content Consultation: advise on conversion-driven content best practices.
• Campaign Execution: build and share invitations and briefs with affiliates; manage data reporting.
• Paid Media Strategy, Management & Optimization: develop budgets and campaigns across ad types.
• Campaign Management: launch and optimize campaigns to meet KPIs using TikTok Ads Manager.
• Sales Reporting & Analysis: provide sales reports, GMV, AOV, trends; deliver insights.
• Monthly Summaries: provide data-driven insights and optimization recommendations.
