Flywheel is seeking a TikTok Shop Specialist (Affiliate & Ads) to join our media team in a dynamic environment. You will manage affiliates and creators, coordinate campaigns, and support paid media strategies to drive engagement and sales for multiple clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven insights, structured reporting, and collaboration with internal teams and clients. A strong ecommerce background and proactive ownership are essential for success.

Qualificações

• Experience in ecommerce or social commerce with understanding of retail operations.
• Ability to own projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong data-driven decision making and insight generation.
• Attention to campaign content optimization and engagement.
• Collaborative work across clients, creators, affiliates and internal teams.

Responsabilidades

• Manage affiliates and creators, identify and recruit aligned partners.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns with briefs, samples, and guidelines.
• Provide coaching and respond to creator inquiries to maximize campaigns.
• Track affiliate activity, performance, milestones and reporting.
• Support paid media by helping build and execute TikTok shop campaigns.
• Monitor spend and metrics, adjust tactics to optimize results.
• Prepare daily/weekly client reports and insights.
• Contribute to strategy discussions for campaign goals.
