Job summary

Flywheel is seeking an experienced Ecommerce Manager to support TikTok Shop sellers by optimizing catalog management, creator attribution, paid media strategies, and sales reporting. You will drive growth through data-driven insights and cross-functional collaboration with global teams and creators.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, content optimization, and performance analysis to achieve KPIs and maximize GMV across our e-commerce ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in ecommerce management, retail and social platforms like TikTok.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable strategies.
• Experience optimizing catalogs, content and campaigns for growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market and assortment strategies, including hero products.
• Manage pricing strategies and promotions, including merchant- and platform-funded initiatives.
• Advise on supply chain, fulfillment, product images and copy improvements.
• Maintain catalog health and retail-readiness across SKUs and shops.
• Identify and manage creators and affiliates to drive GMV and brand goals.
• Build and optimize paid media campaigns and report performance trends.
