Flywheel in Seattle is seeking an experienced TikTok Shop Account Manager to support sellers with catalog optimization, pricing, and paid media strategies.

You will partner with creators, affiliates, and global teams to drive GMV, analyze performance, and deliver monthly summaries with actionable recommendations.

The ideal candidate has ecommerce management experience on TikTok, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in ecommerce management on retail and social platforms like TikTok.
• Ability to translate data and insights into actionable strategies for clients.
• Analytical, creative, collaborative, and detail-oriented behavior.

Responsibilities

• Develop go-to-market and assortment strategies including hero products.
• Manage pricing, promotions, and merchant-funded campaigns on TikTok.
• Advise on catalog, images, copy, and content uploads for shop health.
• Maintain catalog readiness, SKUs, and overall shop health.
• Identify and manage creators and affiliates aligning with brand goals.
• Support campaigns, share invitations, and optimize paid media performance.
• Deliver sales reports: gross sales, units, GMV, AOV, trends.
