Qualifications

• Proven experience managing TikTok Shop or similar social commerce channels.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen with revenue and budget ownership.
• Experience leading agencies, creators, affiliates, and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, daily operations, and growth plan for TikTok Shop and related storefronts.
• Drive GMV and revenue growth through performance analysis and timely investments.
• Maintain P&L visibility and guide promotions, allocations, and scaling decisions.
• Lead relationships with agencies, partners, creators, and affiliates.
• Develop scalable creator and affiliate programs with tiering and pipelines.
• Coordinate SKU assortment, pricing, promotions, and cross-channel merchandising.
• Oversee live-shopping initiatives across internal and partner channels.
• Create go-to-market playbooks for launches and testing.
• Establish testing frameworks and performance reporting for iteration.
• Collaborate with e-commerce, lifecycle marketing, and sales teams to align priorities.
• Build internal knowledge around social commerce capabilities and growth opportunities.
• Ensure learnings are leveraged across owned social, D2C, and retail activities.
