Job summary

e.l.f. Beauty is seeking an Associate Manager of Digital Commerce and Operations to bridge our digital strategy with execution.

You will oversee inventory, product launches, merchandising, and cross-functional go-to-market activities to deliver a seamless online shopping experience. This role requires strong organization, collaboration with Supply Chain, Marketing, Master Data, and Brand teams, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in social commerce operations or digital merchandising.
• TikTok Shop operations required; Shopify familiarity is a plus.
• Familiarity with Pipe17 for order routing and inventory management a strong plus.
• Strong analytical skills with data visualization tools like Power BI.

Responsibilities

• TikTok Shop Operations: manage catalog PIDs, optimize PDPs, set up promotions, monitor campaigns, manage seller account, ensure high Shop Performance Score, handle customer messages and reviews.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: liaise with Master Data, Development, Accounting; support testing and go-to-market alignment.
• Forecasting, Planning & Reporting: monitor inventory, manage returns/refunds, track launches, update forecasts and dashboards, coordinate with Demand and Supply.
