Job summary

One Park Financial is seeking a Manager, Media Buyer to own OPF's TikTok advertising program. You will run campaigns daily, partner with creators and our creative team on native content, and scale TikTok into a efficient source of qualified merchants.

The role requires 2–4 years in paid social, at least 1 year on TikTok Ads, and strong analytics. Opportunity to shape a fast-growing marketing organization with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on paid social media buying experience.
• At least 1 year of direct TikTok Ads campaign management.
• Experience with TikTok Ads Manager, Spark Ads, Lead Generation, Pixel, and Events API.
• Strong creative instinct for short-form video and native TikTok content.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok Ads campaigns across prospecting and retargeting (Lead Gen and website conversion objectives).
• Manage budgets and daily pacing to hit CPL and cost-per-qualified targets.
• Run a fast creative testing cadence with the creative team and creators (hooks, formats, Spark Ads, and English/Spanish variants).
• Source and coordinate creators and UGC through TikTok Creator Marketplace and partner agencies.
• Coordinate with Tagging Manager to maintain TikTok Pixel and Events API; support offline conversion feedback.
• Stay compliant with TikTok’s financial services advertising policies and coordinate with Compliance on claims and disclosures.
• Monitor platform trends and translate into testable ad ideas.
• Prepare weekly performance reports with insights and next steps.
• Collaborate with Meta and Omnichannel buyers to share learnings on creative and audiences.
