Job summary

QVC Group is seeking a Live Associate to support the growth of TikTok live and other social-first initiatives. The role is hybrid and onsite in West Chester, PA several days per month, with residents in PA, DE, or NJ.

The team focuses on live shopping execution, data-driven improvements, and staying ahead of trends. You will collaborate with merchandising and commercialization to bring live product plans to life, analyze performance metrics, and propose practical recommendations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail/e-commerce or social commerce.
• Familiarity with TikTok live shopping trends.
• Experience with data tools such as Airtable or similar.

Responsibilities

• Drive live shopping execution from strategy to screen with merchandising and commercialization.
• Analyze traffic, conversion and GMV to improve creator operations and results.
• Stay updated on TikTok and live commerce trends and bring fresh ideas.
• Identify workflow improvements and help the team move faster and test new ideas.
