The Role:

We’re looking for a creative and culturally-savvy TikTok Manager to take ownership of our presence on the platform. In this part-time remote role, you will manage Zéya’s U.S.-based TikTok strategy and collaborate with the MENA regional team to align global messaging and growth efforts.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage and grow Zéya’s TikTok account with a strategy aligned to our brand and mission.
• Track trends and leverage platform insights to create culturally relevant and high-impact content.
• Respond to messages, engage with followers, and build a loyal TikTok community.
• Lead influencer outreach to initiate and manage brand-aligned collaborations.
• Support a broader TikTok growth strategy for organic user acquisition.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and refine content based on engagement and reach.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience managing TikTok or short-form video platforms.
• Deep knowledge of U.S. TikTok trends and digital youth culture.
• Confident video editor with tools like CapCut, InShot, etc.
