Job description

We are looking for a proactive and creative Account Executive to manage ecommerce operations and lead content direction for top K-beauty brands.

This role will focus on handling Shopee and TikTok Shop stores, coordinating campaigns, driving influencer collaborations, and building consistent brand messaging through visual and written content across platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Content Direction
  2. Lead content direction for both product and brand, including product listings, banners, social media, and campaign assets.
  3. Create content briefs for visual and written assets (banners, thumbnails, captions, reels).
  4. Work closely with internal designers and external creators, agencies, or KOLs to produce branded content, especially short-form video (TikTok/Instagram Reels).
  5. Ensure all content aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences across platforms.
  6. E-commerce Management
  7. Operate and manage official brand stores on Shopee and TikTok Shop (Vietnam, Singapore, Malaysia, etc).
  8. Optimize product listings (titles, descriptions, images, keywords) for visibility and conversion.
  9. Plan and execute platform campaigns, flash sales, and promotional activities.
  10. Scout KOLs and prepare content briefs for each KOL collaboration campaign. Manage AMS campaigns.
  11. Monitor performance and generate reports on sales, traffic, and customer engagement.
