Job summary

Aerotek is seeking TIG welders for a local, growing manufacturing operation in Saint Cloud, MN. These first-shift, contract-to-hire roles offer significant overtime and a path to full benefits after probation.

Weld stainless steel to customer specifications using blueprints, with duties spanning fabrication, polishing and metal finishing. Candidates should have 1+ year of welding experience or a welding certificate/diploma/degree and be comfortable working in a dynamic shop environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of professional welding experience OR a welding certificate/diploma/degree.
• TIG welding on stainless steel to fabricate customer-specific products.
• Blueprints reading and out-of-position welding in a varied shop environment.

Responsibilities

• Weld on stainless steel per blueprints and fabricate parts.
• Perform fabrication, polishing and metal finishing as needed.
• Adapt to a small, multi-task shop where you do a variety of tasks to complete jobs.
