Qualifications

• 2+ years of welding experience, TIG.
• Ability to stand for the duration of the shift.
• High attention to detail and focus on quality.
• Steel-toed shoes required.
• Basic CPU skills to document production progress.

Responsibilities

• Welds must meet strength and aesthetic requirements.
• Perform pre/post weld surface preparation and cleaning.
• Set up equipment: torch tips, filler, amperage, voltage, slope, pulse.
• Choose correct process (Gas, MIG, TIG) and proper fixtures.
• Inspect and approve welds; perform repairs as needed.
