Job summary

Peoplelink, LLC in Fort Wayne, Indiana is seeking an experienced TIG Welder to join our manufacturing team on the 1st shift. This position offers temp-to-hire with a start ASAP and a pay range of $20.00-$23.00 per hour based on experience.

Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of TIG welding experience, the ability to read blueprints and weld symbols, and a demonstrated commitment to quality and safety. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of TIG welding experience.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

Perform high-quality TIG welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and other metals.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and work instructions.
Set up and operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
Inspect finished welds to ensure quality standards are met.
Use measuring tools and gauges to verify specifications.
Grind, clean, and prepare materials for welding.
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Follow all company safety and quality procedures.
