Qualifications

• Ability to read fabrication drawings and weld symbols accurately.
• Detail‑driven craftsmanship with measurement accuracy.
• Experience with aluminum TIG welding (GTAW) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Set up and operate aluminum TIG (GTAW) equipment with confidence and consistency.
• Execute welds per drawings, fixtures, and WPS, ensuring repeatable outcomes.
• Decode blueprints and weld symbols to plan each job; inspect finished welds.
