Latitude Corp. is seeking a TIG Welder to join our 100% employee-owned team. This is a first shift position: Monday-Thursday, 3:30 pm - 2:00 am.

Minimum Job Requirements

• Physical capability to lift 50 lbs. safely or with assistance
• Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods
• Full-time availability (40+ hours/week)

Responsibilities

1. Complete job functions timely, producing customer parts and products according to safety, quality, and cost standards
2. Weld parts conforming to specifications and quality procedures, meeting daily production goals
3. Work independently with minimal assistance
4. Arrive punctually and work overtime when needed
5. Understand and follow the company's quality policies and safety procedures
6. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
