Job summary

Nationwide Fab, a leading stainless steel food service equipment manufacturer, seeks a TIG welder for first shift in Northglenn, CO. You will read blueprints, prepare materials, set up welding equipment, perform TIG welding, inspect welds, and maintain tools and workspace.

The role requires adherence to safety procedures, strong teamwork, and reliability with attendance. Overtime and potential travel may be involved; benefits include health/dental, PTO, and 401(k) options.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience or training through trade school or on the job.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
• Ability to interpret various written, oral, diagram, or schedule instructions.
• Comfort with reading templates and adapting plans as needed.
• Maintenance of welding equipment and adherence to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Reads drawings and blueprints to understand welding requirements.
• Prepares components by cutting, cleaning, and grinding before welding.
• Sets up welding equipment, including gas tanks, torches, and regulators.
• Performs TIG welding and inspects welds for quality.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to safety rules.
