Job summary
Remedy Staffing is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for a full-time role in Kentucky. The position focuses on welding stainless steel components using TIG, with emphasis on accuracy, interpretation of blueprints, and adherence to tight specifications.
The shift runs 6am-4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, with pay ranging from $24 to $28 per hour based on experience. A strong focus on safety, quality, and teamwork will support ongoing fabrication projects.

Responsibilities
- Perform TIG welding on stainless steel components (16-gauge to 1/4 inch).
- Interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and fabrication drawings.
- Produce clean welds meeting strict specifications.
- Conduct dimensional inspections and ensure quality standards.
- Maintain equipment and keep the work area safe and organized.
- Collaborate with fabricators, engineers, and supervisors to improve processes.
