Job summary

H 2 O innovation is hiring a TIG Welder/Assembler for our Ramsey, MN plant. This permanent, full-time role involves welding and assembling pipes, equipment, instruments and valves to frame structures, with welding stainless steel pipes and adherence to AWS/ASME guidelines.

You will read technical plans, use personal tools, and complete tasks such as glue PVC, conduit work, and various mechanical assemblies while maintaining safety, quality, and timely product delivery.

Qualifications

• A minimum 3 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools required.
• Candidates will be required to pass a 6G weld test.
• Good memory and capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding stainless steel pipes.
• Weld and Assemble pipes, equipment, instruments and valves to frame structures.
• Welding structural frames per AWS and welding SS pipe per ASME.
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings.
• Measuring, cutting, drilling, tapping and mechanical assembly.
• Layout and follow direction on running conduit to devices.
• Thread and cut rigid metal conduits.
• Respect the product planning timescale.
• Respect and follow safety regulations.
• Ensure a good quality product.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Carry out all other related tasks.
