Job summary

H2O Innovation is hiring a TIG Welder/Assembler for our Ramsey, MN plant. This permanent, full-time role involves performing a variety of assembly tasks beyond welding, with opportunities to learn new skills. The position emphasizes safety, quality, and process improvements in a dynamic, team-focused environment.

Welding will not be required every day and varies by project. A minimum of 3 years welding experience, ability to read technical plans, and a forthcoming 6G weld test are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of welding experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools required.
• Candidates will be required to pass a 6G weld test.
• Good memory and capable of multi-tasking.

Responsibilities

• TIG welding stainless steel pipes.
• Weld and assemble pipes, equipment, instruments and valves to frame structures.
• Welding structural frames per AWS and welding SS pipe per ASME.
• Glue PVC pipe and fittings.
• Measuring, cutting, drilling, tapping and mechanical assembly.
• Layout and follow direction on running conduit to devices.
• Thread and cut rigid metal conduits.
• Respect the product planning timescale.
• Respect and follow safety regulations.
• Ensure a good quality product.
• Support process improvements.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Carry out all other related tasks.
