H2O Innovation, Ramsey, MN, is seeking a Fabrication Specialist to assemble pipes, equipment, and frames, while learning good maintenance technician and millwright skills. The role emphasizes precision, timeline respect, and safe, clean work habits.

The successful candidate will have 3 years of related experience, ability to read plans, and willingness to work on multiple projects with autonomy in a day shift environment.

Qualifications

• Three (3) years of related work experience.
• Ability to read technical plans.
• Personal tools is a plus, but not a must.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be autonomous.
• Be organized, rigorous and meticulous.
• Must be able lift, push, pull at least 50 lbs.
• Have a positive and professional attitude towards your team and internal and external clients.

Responsibilities

• Mechanically assemble pipes, equipment, instruments, and valves to frame structures with fasteners ranging from 10-32 to 1” diameter bolts and equipment up to 50 lbs.
• Glue PVC pipe assemblies ranging from ½” to 12” pipe diameter.
• Measure, cut, drill, and tap steel frames and PVC pipes.
• Cut & thread stainless steel pipe.
• Respect the project timeline.
• Ensure a good quality product by using your attention to detail.
• Maintain the work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition.
• Respect and follow safety regulations.
