Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous titanium TIG welding experience in a production setting.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and fabrication prints.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on titanium components and assemblies.
• Prepare titanium materials and weld joints according to procedures.
• Use proper shielding and purging techniques for titanium welding.
• Maintain heat control, cleanliness, and contamination prevention.
• Fabricate, fit, and weld per drawings and specs.
• Produce clean, repeatable welds in production conditions.
• Identify defects and perform repairs when needed.
• Set up and operate TIG equipment for titanium work.
• Follow FAA-related production requirements.
