Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Able to read and interpret prints/blueprints and production instructions.
• Fluent in English and able to pass a reading test.
• Knowledge of welding processes and procedures; WD-001 certification preferred or obtainable.

Responsibilities

• Prepare weld joints according to traveler instructions.
• Perform welding with manual TIG, CNC TIG, and EB welding equipment.
• Complete welding operations on a variety of components.
• Prepare parts using belt sanding and other finishing methods.
• Inspect tools and equipment before use.
• Complete traveler and production documentation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on welding equipment as required.
• Maintain production, quality, and safety standards.
• Keep work area clean and organized.
• Follow company quality, safety, and ethical standards.
• Support Lean initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.
• Help with other shop duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certified to WD-001 or ability to obtain certification
• Ability to pass a reading test
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and work instructions
• Knowledge of welding processes and procedures
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
