Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site TIG Welder position based in San Jose, CA. The TIG Welder will be responsible for welding and assembling parts to precise specifications, reading and interpreting technical blueprints, operating welding equipment, and inspecting finished products for quality. Responsibilities also include maintaining a clean and safe work environment, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with team members to meet production deadlines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques and working with materials such as stainless steel and aluminum
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints, schematics, and welding symbols
• Experience in using various hand and power tools for the preparation of materials and assembly
• Strong attention to detail and ability to inspect welds for quality and precision
• Knowledge of safety procedures and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic, production-focused environment
• Prior experience in precision manufacturing or a related industry is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; certification in welding or a related field is preferred
