Job summary

Inova Staffing is hiring TIG Welders for Edwardsville, KS. This on-site role follows a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Pay starts at $21 per hour, with weekly pay and overtime available.

You will join a growing manufacturing team, assist with assembly, operate basic welding equipment, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. A weld test is required, and prior manufacturing experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Dependable, motivated, and committed to great attendance
• Ability to pass a weld test
• Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus
