Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced TIG Welders for projects located in or around Burnsville, MN. This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $35–$40/hour based on experience and skill level.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience preferred.
• Strong stainless steel TIG welding experience.
• Proficiency using 3/32" filler rod.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints.
• Ability to produce clean, consistent, high-quality welds.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Must be reliable, safety-conscious, and able to contribute immediately.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components using 3/32" filler rod.
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and technical drawings.
• Set up welding equipment and adjust amperage, gas flow, and weld settings as required.
• Fit, weld, and fabricate components according to project specifications.
• Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance with requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards.
