Tradesmen International is seeking an experienced TIG Welder for projects around Burnsville, MN. This first shift role offers pay ranging from $35 to $40 per hour based on experience.

Work alongside seasoned craftsmen emphasizing safety, productivity, and craftsmanship to advance your welding career. Responsibilities include welding stainless steel with 3/32 filler rod, reading blueprints, setting up equipment, and inspecting welds to ensure quality and compliance with project specs.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of TIG welding experience preferred.
• Strong stainless steel TIG welding experience.
• Proficiency using 3/32" filler rod.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and welding prints.
• Produce clean, high-quality welds with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Perform precision TIG welding on stainless steel components using 3/32" filler rod
• Read and interpret blueprints, welding prints, and technical drawings
• Set up welding equipment and adjust amperage, gas flow, and weld settings as required
• Fit, weld, and fabricate components according to project specifications
• Inspect completed welds for quality, consistency, and compliance with requirements
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
• Follow all shop safety procedures and quality standards
