Job summary

Tradesmen International, LLC in Bloomington, MN is seeking skilled MIG/TIG Welders for immediate openings. This first and second shift role offers pay in the $25-30/hour range based on experience and skill. Join a team committed to safety, productivity and craftsmanship on diverse projects.

You will set up and operate welding equipment, work with robotic welding systems, and contribute to high-quality production in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Strong MIG & TIG welding experience.
• Able to weld in all positions.
• Experience setting up welding equipment; robotic welding a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG and TIG welding in all positions.
• Set up and operate MIG/TIG welding equipment.
• Produce high-quality welds while meeting production goals.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and efficient work environment.
• Set up robotic welding systems.
• Change fixtures and load welding programs.

• Make minor robot programming adjustments as needed.

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced MIG/TIG Weldersfor projects located in the Bloomington, MN area. This is a first & second shift opportunity and the pay rate is $25-30/hour based on experience and skill level.
