Sacoma Specialty Products, LLC is seeking an experienced TIG/MIG Welder for a fast-paced manufacturing environment where quality and safety come first. You will produce clean, high-quality welds on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum, reading blueprints and ensuring customer specifications are met.

The role emphasizes precision, teamwork, and ongoing Lean manufacturing practices. First-shift schedule, weekly pay, and benefits are offered to support long-term career growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of TIG and MIG welding experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience welding mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Strong blueprint reading and print interpretation skills.
• Ability to consistently produce high-quality welds with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG (GTAW) and MIG (GMAW) welding on mild steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work instructions.
• Fit and weld assemblies according to specifications.
• Inspect completed welds to ensure they meet quality and customer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
