Job summary

Litania Sports Group, including Gill Athletics and Porter Athletic, is seeking skilled TIG/MIG welders for a 2nd shift in Champaign, IL. The role focuses on welding steel and aluminum components and reading blueprints to meet strict quality standards.

We offer a four-day workweek (Mon-Thu, 2:30 PM–1:00 AM), competitive pay ($20–$25/hour) with a $2/hour shift differential, up to 20% bonus potential, and comprehensive benefits for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Proven TIG and/or MIG welding experience on steel and/or aluminum.
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret work orders and specifications.
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG and/or MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
• Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and specifications.
• Set up welding equipment including jigs, gas pressure, wire speed, and amperage.
• Complete welds according to quality, safety, and production standards.
• Inspect finished products for defects and accuracy.
