Labor Solutions, LLC is seeking a skilled TIG Welder for our production team on 2nd shift. This role involves precision welding on stainless steel and aluminum, reading blueprints, and maintaining high quality workmanship.

The position offers a 4-day work week, competitive pay based on experience ($20–$23/hr DOE), potential overtime, and steady full-time hours with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• TIG welding experience required (1+ year preferred).
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to pass a weld test prior to hire.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel, aluminum, and/or other materials.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and welding symbols.
• Set up welding equipment and select proper tools and materials.
• Inspect completed welds for quality and accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals.
