The Executive Director of PPS oversees PPS-related initiatives, with duties including coordinating program design, recruitment, and participant support. The position is based in Greece, NY, with flexible hours as needed.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Share TIES program design and implementation with school and community leaders.
• Match participants with student volunteers and develop individual support plans.
• Provide support to the participant, volunteer and activity leader through telephone calls.
• Help to problem-solve situations and assist with training.
• Evaluate the experience of each participant, volunteer and activity leader.
• Recruit and train peer student volunteers.
• Attend regular meetings with the TIES Program Director and Executive Director/Director of Pupil Personnel Services or to report progress.
• Other duties as assigned.
