Job summary

StratasCorp Technologies seeks a senior network engineer to act as a technical resource and escalation point for complex enterprise network issues. This on-site role at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii will support engineering, lab validation, and future network solutions.

The position requires DoD experience, active clearance, and IAT Level III certification, with the ability to troubleshoot routing, switching, SD‑WAN, VPNs, and related protocols. Travel up to 10% may be needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with relevant experience.
• Subject Matter Expertise in BAN/LAN/WAN/WLAN.
• Experience providing Tier III escalation in large enterprise environments.
• Experience supporting networks of 16,000+ devices across 450+ locations.
• DoD program experience and security certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to troubleshoot complex network issues in a dynamic environment.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network devices including switches, routers, firewalls, and APs.
• Provide engineering expertise and operational support for large intranet environments.
• Serve as Tier III escalation resource and coordinate with vendors for incident resolution.
• Develop and maintain Engineering Implementation Plans (EIPs) for network changes.
• Create and manage change tickets for deployments and maintenance.
• Conduct RCA and support problem management activities.
• Track work in an Agile/SAFe framework using JIRA.
