Job summary

StratasCorp in Pearl Harbor, HI is seeking a senior network engineer to act as a technical escalation point for complex enterprise network issues. The role supports engineering, change management, lab validation, and future DoD network solutions on-site at Pearl Harbor with no remote options.

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuring, and maintaining LAN/WAN/WLAN infrastructure, and providing SME leadership across multiple network disciplines.

Qualifications

• SME for BAN/LAN/WAN/WLAN and network boundary engineering.
• Extensive hands-on network maintenance, configuration, troubleshooting, and engineering.
• Experience providing Tier III escalation in large-scale enterprise environments.
• Experience with networks of 16,000+ devices across 450+ locations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex network issues.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure (routers, switches, firewalls, APs, sensors).
• Provide engineering support for large intranet environments.
• Serve as Tier III escalation resource for incidents and vendor coordination.
• Develop and maintain network implementation plans and change tickets.
• Track work in an Agile/SAFe framework using JIRA.
