Job summary

Critical Solutions is seeking a Mid- System Engineer to support a distributed enterprise network. The role focuses on LAN/WAN/WLAN, network boundary engineering, routing, switching, and security, serving as Tier III escalation for complex incidents.

The position requires an active Secret clearance, DoD 8570 IAT Level III certifications, and DoD NMCI-scale experience. On-site at Pearl Harbor with alternate locations in Whidbey Island or Norfolk; travel up to 10% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8–12 years of experience or Master's with 6–10 years; substitutions possible.
• Active Secret clearance required; Top Secret eligible.

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to identify, troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve complex network issues in a dynamic enterprise environment.
• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network infrastructure including switches, routers, VLANs, APs, firewalls, and sensors.
• Provide engineering expertise and operational support for a large intranet environment.
