Qualifications

• 5+ years of related systems administration experience.
• TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• Must attain DoD 8570 CE Training within 6 months of hire; CompTIA Security+ CE preferred; CCNA-Security as alternative.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot user, workstation and application functionality for Linux and Windows.
• Identify, analyze, and resolve incidents with short-term workarounds and long-term solutions.
• Provide remote end user support and collaborate with Tier 2/3 team members.
• Communicate effectively with team members in multiple environments.
• Participate in special projects as needed.
