Job summary

Impact Property Solutions is seeking an IT System Administrator - Tier II to manage our IT environment, support multiple offices, and drive key technology initiatives. This role emphasizes Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune, and enterprise device management across devices and endpoints.

The successful candidate will work Monday–Friday 12pm–8pm, collaborate with multiple departments, and help align technology with business goals while ensuring strong customer service and security practices.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree or technical certifications preferred.
• 3 years' IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Active Directory.
• Experience administering Intune and supporting corporate iPhones/iPads.

Responsibilities

• Serve as initial IT support contact across offices and time zones.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, devices, networking, and apps issues.
• Manage Microsoft Intune deployments, enrollment, and compliance.
• Support Apple Business Manager and Apple devices.
• Set up and maintain Dell laptops, docking stations, and peripherals.
• Maintain IT inventory records and assist with onboarding/offboarding.
